Preventing stomach pain
There are a lot of reasons why people get stomach pains. It does not just occur among kids but in adults as well. It can be caused by diet and lifestyle or illness and infections.
Here are some actions that can help prevent many stomach aches.
1. Eat smaller and more frequent meals instead of taking a few large meals.
2. Choose a healthy well balanced meal that is high in fiber and rich in fruits and vegetables.
3. Avoid those that cause gas.
4. Drink plenty of water everyday.
5. Get plenty of regular exercise.
