Every kid needs a nap

Every child needs plenty of sleep in order to keep them really healthy and happy. I remember when I was a kid myself, I was practically asleep all day.

Although there are times that they even need to take a nap. Here are some warning signs that your child may need a nap.

1. Acting sleepy all day.
2. Feeling cranky or fussy late in the afternoon.
3. Having difficulty getting out of bed in the morning.
4. Difficulty in concentrating, hyperactivity, aggression or impatience.
5. Having problems concentrating on tasks and school works.
