Breast soreness
If you have a daughter, there may come a time that they will come to you and say that their breasts are starting to sore. This is common in young women and it becomes less common as they get older.
The pain may be constant or it can come and go over time. Pain that will not go away should be discussed with a doctor.
Here are some common causes of breast soreness:
1. Hormonal changes associated with menstruation
2. Retaining water which happens during the menstrual cycle.
3. Injury or damage to the breast.
4. Pregnancy or breast-feeding
5. Infection of the breast.
