Vacation Problems
Even if it is vacation time, kids should not take the time off from eating healthy food. This is actually the time when kids need more attention on the food that they eat because this is the time that they simply slack off and eat all the junk that they could in front of the television set watching cartoons all day long.
This makes vacation a disaster when it comes to health. Most kids gain a lot of weight during vacation. As a parent, you must look after the food that your kid eats and also, make it a point that they can exercise and go out from time to time to shake off the food that they eat. Also, as much as possible, try to prevent them from staying up late and watching TV. The tendency is, they would eat a lot of chips and junk.
Vacation time does not mean a vacation from a healthy and fit lifestyle.
