Keeping your composure

Being pregnant brings in a lot of mixed emotions and anxiety. To add to that, hormones change as well during pregnancy. This makes any mother-to-be experience a lot of mood swings.

In order to keep the swings under control, the American Pregnancy Association made the following list:

1. As much as possible, get enough quality sleep.
2. Take a break each day, relax and unwind and get a few naps once in a while.
3. Have some prescribed daily exercise and eat a healthy diet.
4. Always spend time relaxing with your partner.
5. Allot some time to do something fun with your friends.
6. A massage is a good way to relax so grab a massage if possible. Pregnancy yoga class will also help.
7. Always take things easy. Try not to be overwhelmed with worry and stress.
