Saying Thank You
A kid is often too tired of being excited in playing with the new toy before he can possibly say "thanks for buying this for me." Teaching the child to give gratitude is not too hard to accomplish. It simply allows the child to become more sociable and gain more friends. A parent must bear in mind that they should set a good example to their children especially when it comes to saying thank you. If you ask them to pick something up, make it fun by posting thank you notes all over their room and be sure that you thank them for what they did. In writing their first letter, you have to guide them and tell them to say thanks to the people who showed a random act of kindness to them.
Writing skills and socializing skills will be sharpened when ou encourage your child to do this act. It is simple, fun and very rewarding.
