Bedtime

There are times that your child cannot go to bed or does not have a regular time to enjoy sleep. This results to restless nights and countless crying at night. There are a couple of things that you could do to help your child have a good night sleep.

You should set up a routine that your child must follow. Make sure that you follow this routine as well. Try going to bed at the same time everyday. This will adjust his body clock and he will soon be falling asleep every day at this time. Do calming activities before sleeping. It may be singing a lullaby or reading a bedtime story. This will help your child relax and get a wonderful shut eye. It is also good to end the day in a good mood so as to prevent bad dreams. Just follow this simple things and soon you and your child will have a peaceful and quiet sleep.
