Getting fat is one of the big problems for most parents. We may simply say, control your appetite, exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. But there are certain factors that affect the way we eat as well. This is very surprising I may say, but its worth try it out.

Research says that loud background music urges you to eat more and more. So turn it off and drop it in mellow tunes. Some say that a dimly lit dining room is also a big factor. Not being aware of how much you ate will encourage you to eat more.

These are just some of the factors. Control is still the key in achieving a lean body.
