Mom’s Love Handles
Being a mother sure is a difficult task. On top of that, each mom should be wary of the way they also look. They need to look presentable to everyone. I read a book before which states that often times, a woman must maintain a pleasant appearance to keep her married life intact. One way to do this fact is to exercise and keep that youthful glow burning. The most difficult part of the body to exercise is the love handle or the oblique muscles (waist). The exercise will be fun because the baby will be involved. Just make sure that the baby can hold his head up high he or she should be at least 6 months old. Here are the steps:
-
Stand up straight and spread your legs hip-wide apart.
-
Contract the abdominal muscles and hold the baby (or a 10-pound medicine ball) slightly out in front of the chest, with elbows bent at a 45-degree angle. Be sure to keep the shoulders down and relaxed.
-
Swivel to the left, center and right and keep each position for 3 seconds.
-
You can do 2 – 3 sets with 5 – 10 repetitions
Keeping the figure has never been easy and fun! Try this out and see the results.
